摘要：

基于2022年中国家庭追踪调查（CFPS）数据，结合数字经济发展指数，利用二元Logistics模型和多层分析模型实证检验数字经济发展对灵活就业在选择和质量的双重影响。研究发现，数字经济能有效推动灵活就业实现选择扩容与质量升级，且数字经济的赋能效应呈现出“城镇主导”的结构性差异。应加大数字经济在中西部和农村地区的均衡发展，扩大灵活就业红利覆盖面；同时根据灵活就业质量提升的结构性差异实施差异化扶持政策，让数字经济真正成为灵活就业质量提升的核心动力。

Abstract：

Based on data from the 2022 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS) and the digital economy development index, this study empirically examines the dual impact of digital economy development on the expansion of choices and quality upgrading in flexible employment using binary logistic models and multilevel analysis models. The findings reveal that the digital economy effectively promotes the expansion of flexible employment choices and quality upgrading. Moreover, the empowerment effect of the digital economy exhibits an “urban dominance” structural disparity. To address this, efforts should be intensified to balance the development of the digital economy in central and western regions and rural areas, expanding the coverage of flexible employment benefits. Additionally, differentiated support policies should be implemented based on the structural disparities in flexible employment quality improvement, ensuring that the digital economy truly becomes the core driver of enhancing flexible employment quality.
