摘要：

民族地区教育不仅关乎少数民族人民素质的提升与地区产业经济的进步，更是铸牢中华民族共同体意识、促进民族团结与国家长治久安的关键基石。习近平在宁德工作期间推进民族地区教育，坚持教育优先发展战略，以开展“三教”活动作为教育理念的核心表达，秉承教育公平与效率并重的制度逻辑。习近平的一系列举措蕴含着极为丰富且深刻的价值意蕴，为破解民族地区教育痛点、培养少数民族干部、助力民族地区产业发展、推动民族文化传承开辟了崭新路径。习近平在宁德工作期间推进民族地区教育的实践探索，启示新时代教育工作者要以“三教”活动凝聚社会合力，共同构建良好教育生态；以战略眼光谋划教育优先，服务教育强国大局；以教育促融合，在民族团结进步中发挥育人功能。

Abstract：

Education in ethnic minority areas is not only essential for improving the quality of ethnic minority populations and promoting regional industrial and economic development, but also serves as a crucial foundation for fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation, strengthening ethnic unity, and safeguarding the country's long-term stability. During his tenure in Ningde Prefecture, Xi Jinping advanced education in ethnic minority areas by prioritizing educational development as a strategic policy, promoting the “Three-education” Campaign(emphasizing the importance of education, supporting education, and fostering respect for education) as the core expression of his educational philosophy, and adhering to an institutional approach that balanced educational equity with efficiency. These initiatives embodied profound theoretical and practical significance, opening new pathways for addressing the challenges facing education in ethnic minority areas, cultivating ethnic minority cadres, supporting regional industrial development, and promoting the inheritance of ethnic cultures. Xi Jinping's practical exploration of education in ethnic minority areas during his tenure in Ningde provides valuable insights for educators in the new era: strengthening social synergy through the “Three-Education” Campaign to foster a sound educational ecosystem, planning educational development from a strategic perspective in support of building a leading country in education, and promoting ethnic integration through education by fully realizing its role in cultivating talent and advancing ethnic unity and progress.
