Abstract：

Xi Jinping's work in Fujian was an important breeding period for General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the non-public economy. During his work in Fujian, Xi Jinping carried out a series of theoretical and practical explorations on the non-public economy. From a theoretical perspective, Xi Jinping elaborated on the significance of the non-public economy to Fujian's economic and social development, and creatively put forward measures to develop the non-public economy. From a practical perspective, Xi Jinping has served in many important positions in Xiamen, Ningde, Fuzhou as well as in the Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. During this period, Xi Jinping put forward a series of views, formulated a series of policies, and took a series of measures to promote the development of Fujian's non-public economy.
