数据要素对企业双元技术创新的影响研究——来自福建新能源制造上市企业的经验证据

数智化转型浪潮的纵深拓展使得数据要素已成为驱动新能源产业创新的关键引擎。以2003—2023年沪深A股福建新能源上市企业为研究对象,构建理论模型阐释数据要素驱动福建新能源制造企业双元技术创新的作用机理,并采用多维固定效应模型进行实证检验。研究发现,数据要素对福建新能源制造企业的突破性创新和迭代式创新均具有显著的正向影响。异质性分析表明,数据要素对非国有企业和小企业突破性创新的促进作用更为显著,而对国有及大型企业迭代式创新的提升效果更加明显。同时,预期市场回报对数据要素促进突破性创新具有正向调节作用,而对迭代式创新起到负向调节作用。据此提出构建双元技术创新支持体系、重视差异化数据赋能政策、优化预期市场回报调节机制等对策建议。
Abstract:
With the deepening digital-intelligence transformation,data factors have become a key engine driving innovation in the new-energy industry.Using panel data on Fujian-based new-energy firms listed on China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets from 2003 to 2023,this study constructs a theoretical model to elucidate how data factors propel ambidextrous technological innovation in manufacturing—namely,breakthrough and iterative innovation—and empirically tests the mechanisms with a multi-dimensional fixed-effects specification.The results show that data factors significantly and positively affect both breakthrough and iterative innovation.Heterogeneity analyses indicate that the promotion of breakthrough innovation is more pronounced among non-state-owned and small firms,whereas the enhancement of iterative innovation is stronger among state-owned and large firms.Concurrently,expected market returns positively moderate the impact of data factors on breakthrough innovation,while negatively moderating their impact on iterative innovation.Based on these findings,the paper proposes policy recommendations in three areas:building a support system for ambidextrous technological innovation,advancing tailored dataempowerment policies and optimize the moderation mechanism of expected market returns.
