侯官文化作为闽都文化的重要构成，是驱动福州乡村全面振兴的深层文化动能。其赋能价值体现于涵育乡风文明、引领价值认同、激发产业活力、优化治理机制等多重维度。当前实践表明，侯官文化在文化焕新、育才转型、产业提质、治理优化等方面已形成初步协同，但仍面临文化阐释错位、教育浸润脱节、产业适配失衡、治理逻辑契合弱等现实挑战，制约了赋能合力的形成。面向未来，亟需通过创新文化传承模式、聚才育匠强化人才引领、加快发展乡村特色优势产业、深化文化与数字治理融合等实践进路，系统性破解困境，为地域文化赋能乡村全面振兴提供具有启示意义的侯官样本。

Abstract：

As a vital component of Fujian culture,Houguan culture serves as the profound cultural driving force behind the comprehensive revitalization of Fuzhou's rural areas.Its empowering value manifests across multiple dimensions,including nurturing rural civility,guiding value recognition,invigorating industrial vitality,and optimizing governance mechanisms.Current practices indicate that Houguan culture has achieved preliminary synergy in cultural renewal,talent cultivation transformation,industrial quality enhancement,and governance optimization.However,it still faces practical challenges such as misaligned cultural interpretation,disconnected educational immersion,imbalanced industrial adaptation,and weak governance logic alignment,which constrain the formation of an enabling synergy.Looking ahead,it is imperative to systematically address these challenges through innovative approaches:developing new models for cultural transmission,strengthening talent cultivation through artisan-led initiatives,accelerating the growth of distinctive rural industries,and deepening the integration of culture with digital governance.These efforts will provide an instructive Houguan model for leveraging regional culture to empower rural revitalization.
