面向“十五五”:人工智能何以驱动高校拔尖创新人才培养

摘要:
“十五五”时期是我国推进科技自立自强、建设创新型国家的关键阶段,对高校拔尖创新人才在核心素养与创新能力等方面提出更高的时代要求。在教育数字化转型背景下,人工智能通过重构高校拔尖创新人才甄选逻辑、赋能人才培养过程变革及优化人才培养生态,全面提升高校拔尖创新人才培养水平。然而,当前高校拔尖创新人才培养仍面临政策制度供给滞后、技术适配困境与教师数字素养不足等现实困境。为此,需完善制度保障与创新生态培育体系、全链条应用生成式人工智能技术,并构建递进式数字素养提升体系,以期为“十五五”时期高校提升拔尖创新人才培养质量提供理论支持与实践指引。
Abstract:
The 15th Five-Year Plan period is a critical phase for China in advancing technological self-reliance and building an innovative nation,placing higher contemporary demands on top-tier innovative talents in universities in terms of core competencies and innovation capabilities.Against the backdrop of educational digital transformation,artificial intelligence enhances the cultivation of top-tier innovative talents by reconstructing the talent selection logic,empowering the reform of talent cultivation processes,and optimizing the talent training ecosystem,thereby comprehensively elevating the standards for cultivating these talents in universities.However,current efforts in cultivating top-tier innovative talents in universities still face practical challenges,including insufficient policies and institutional support,technical adaptation difficulties,and a lack of digital literacy among educators.To address these issues,it is necessary to improve institutional safeguards and foster an innovation ecosystem,fully integrate generative AI technologies across the entire talent development chain,and establish a progressive digital literacy enhancement system.This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for universities to improve the quality of top-tier innovative talent cultivation during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
