“一核两翼五位”新质商科人才培养模式创新与改革实践

摘要:

在深化教育综合改革、发展新质生产力的时代背景下,新质商科人才培养面临校企协同不足、培养模式与数字经济发展脱节、课程同质化三重困境。基于此,提出新质生产力理论框架,系统构建“一核两翼五位”新质商科人才培养模式:以新质商科人才培养目标为“一核”,以“商科+微专业”与多主体共管为“两翼”,以实践化课程群、融合式实践基地、应用型教师团队、创新型服务平台及学生竞赛平台为“五位”支撑。该模式通过技术赋能、空间赋能与结构赋能三重逻辑,有效破除产教融合壁垒,系统培养具备家国情怀、数字素养、创新能力和跨界整合能力的高素质商科人才,为地方应用型高校依托产业学院推进商科人才培养改革提供了可复制的新路径,对推动新质生产力发展具有重要的理论创新与实践价值。

Abstract:

Against the backdrop of deepening comprehensive educational reform and developing new quality productive forces, the cultivation of new-quality business talents faces threefold dilemmas: insufficient schoolenterprise collaboration, a disconnect between training models and the development of the digital economy, and curriculum homogenization. Based on the theoretical framework of new quality productive forces, this paper systematically constructs a “One Core, Two Wings, Five Dimensions” training model for new-quality business talents. The model takes the cultivation goals of new-quality business talents as the “One Core,” adopts “business plus micro-specializations” and multi-stakeholder collaborative management as the “Two Wings,” and is supported by five dimensions: practical course clusters, integrated practice bases, application-oriented faculty teams, innovative service platforms, and student competition platforms. Through the threefold logic of technological empowerment, spatial empowerment, and structural empowerment, this model effectively breaks down barriers between industry and education, systematically cultivating high-quality business talents with a sense of national commitment, digital literacy, innovation capabilities, and cross-disciplinary integration skills. It provides a replicable new pathway for local application-oriented universities to advance business talent cultivation reform through industry colleges, holding significant theoretical innovation and practical value for promoting the development of new quality productive forces.
