摘要：

基于地域文化的“第二课堂成绩单”制度评价体系为高校培养具有地域文化特质的优秀人才提供了新路径。闽商精神作为福建地域文化的关键构成要素，其历史逻辑与理论逻辑为融入高校“第二课堂成绩单”制度提供了学理支撑。以福建商学院为例，通过提炼地域文化内核、设计制度载体、设置评价反馈等举措实现闽商精神与“第二课堂成绩单”制度的融合，然而探索过程中仍存在评价指标较为粗放、权重设置趋于均等、闽商精神浮于表面等问题。高校可采取深挖文化内核、优化评价指标、深化文化融入、多方协同育人、拓展结果应用等策略进行优化，从而实现地域文化认同与人才素养培育的双向赋能。

Abstract：

The evaluation system for the Second Classroom Transcript based on regional culture provides a new approach for universities to cultivate outstanding talents with distinctive regional cultural characteristics. As a core component of Fujian's regional culture, Fujian merchant spirit provides theoretical support for its integration into the university's Second Classroom Transcript system from both historical and theoretical perspectives. Taking Fujian Business University as a case study, this university integrates Fujian merchant spirit into the Second Classroom Transcript system through three pathways: extracting the essence of regional culture, designing institutional carriers, and establishing evaluation and feedback mechanisms. Nevertheless, several practical challenges persist, including overly generalized evaluation indicators, nearly equal weight distribution, and superficial integration of Fujian merchant spirit. Universities can address these issues by further exploring cultural connotations, dynamically adjusting indicators, strengthening cultural integration, promoting multi-party collaborative education, and expanding the application of evaluation outcomes. These measures will realize mutual empowerment between the cultivation of regional cultural identity and the development of students' comprehensive competencies.
