摘要：

改革开放以来，厦门经济特区作为重要窗口与试验田，为渐进式推进中国式现代化提供了先行实践样本。立足《习近平在厦门》一书的相关记述，回顾习近平同志在厦门工作期间，厦门经济特区通过整合现有资源、出台发展战略，夯实工业基础、找准发展抓手，坚持内通外联、拓展发展空间，转变政府职能、营造发展生态等多种方式，化劣势为优势，走出一条有自身特色的渐进式推进中国式现代化新道路。实践证明，坚持党的领导、强化调查研究、树立系统观念、弘扬改革开放精神，是厦门实现跨越式发展的关键经验，为新时代扎实推进中国式现代化进程提供了可借鉴的实践范例与理论参考。

Abstract：

Since the launch of reform and opening up, the Xiamen Special Economic Zone, serving as a crucial window and pilot zone, has provided a pioneering practice model for the progressive advancement of Chinese modernization. Drawing on relevant accounts in the book Xi Jinping in Xiamen, this paper reviews how, during Comrade Xi Jinping's tenure in Xiamen, the Xiamen Special Economic Zone turned disadvantages into advantages and blazed a new path of progressive Chinese modernization with distinctive local characteristics. It achieved this through multiple approaches: integrating existing resources and formulating development strategies, consolidating the industrial foundation and identifying key development drivers, pursuing internal connectivity and external outreach to expand development space, and transforming government functions to foster a favorable development ecosystem. Practice has proven that upholding the Party's leadership, strengthening investigation and research, adopting a systems approach, and carrying forward the spirit of reform and opening up are the key experiences behind Xiamen's leapfrog development. These experiences offer valuable practical examples and theoretical references for solidly advancing Chinese modernization in the new era.
