摘要：
地方本科院校是高等教育结构调整与区域经济发展对接的关键载体，协同发展机制是其转型升级的核心支撑，也是驱动应用型学科集群建设提质增效的重要动力。当前，地方本科院校应用型学科集群协同发展面临制度保障不足、组织运行不畅、动力激励不够、资源共享不充分等问题。为此，需立足协同发展内在机理，构建地方本科院校应用型学科集群协同发展的理论框架，并通过完善分层分类制度体系、创新实体化组织形式、改革多元评价体系、构建全域资源共享体系等策略，为地方本科院校应用型学科集群协同发展探索科学有效的实践路径。
Abstract：
Local undergraduate colleges are key platforms to link higher education structural reform with regional economic development.The collaborative development mechanism serves as not only the core support for their transformation and upgrading,but also a vital driving force for improving the quality and efficiency of applied discipline cluster construction.Currently,the collaborative development of applied discipline clusters in local undergraduate colleges faces multiple difficulties,including inadequate institutional guarantees,poor organizational operational efficiency,insufficient motivation and incentives,and inadequate resource sharing.To address these issues,based on the internal mechanism of collaborative development,this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the collaborative development of applied discipline clusters in local undergraduate colleges and explores scientific and effective practical paths by improving the hierarchical and categorized institutional system,innovating substantive organizational forms,reforming the diversified evaluation system,and establishing a comprehensive resource sharing system.
